Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Ondo Pro. If it isn't right for you, you can get your money back.

The short version

• Bought on our website: a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• Bought in the Mac App Store: Apple handles refunds, not us. See below.
• The free trial is never charged, so there's nothing to refund.

Website purchases

Ondo Pro on our website is sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, so Paddle processes the refund for us.

Within 30 days of purchase, you can ask for a full refund for any reason. Either:

• email us at support@useondo.com with the email address you used at checkout, or the order number from your Paddle receipt, or
• find your order at paddle.net and request the refund there.

The refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with. Paddle usually sends it within a few days, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After 30 days, we don't normally give refunds. We'll still always help if:

• you were charged twice for the same thing,
• you paid but Pro never turned on and we can't fix it, or
• the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.

App Store purchases

If you bought Pro in the Mac App Store, Apple took the payment and only Apple can refund it. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or contact Apple Support. Apple decides on App Store refunds under its own rules.

What happens after a refund

Pro is removed from your Ondo account, and you're back on the free plan. Your folders, tasks and time blocks stay. If you have more folders than the free plan allows, the extra ones are archived, not deleted, and come back if you buy Pro again.

A charge that's reversed through your bank (a chargeback) is treated the same way. Please contact us first, since a refund is usually quicker.

Your rights

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
